What is Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) ?
ClO2 breaks the valence bond of volatile surplus compound (VSC), thereby eliminating the cause of halitosis instead of masking it. ClO2 is .05% aqueous stabilized chlorine dioxide solution with a pH of 7.5, that has been found by independent laboratory studies to be a strong oxidizing agent.
